I’m going to talk about some factors that influence with the health because if you don’t know probably people don’t know that have disease. There are characteristics for changing health, for example, if person don’t do exercise, sleep, work a lot of time, family history, social influence and others. It’s common that the people find options to get health when they are sick but people maybe consider knowing information about: ¿How can stay healthy for a long time? It’s easy because only they need to have a balance between work, school, self-care and social life. Both of it are important because people don’t care them and anyone has to live alone. Finally I recommended to the people that prevent to be sick with self-care and they can to pay attention to calories, side effects, go on a diet and find remedy in a correct time.
Is funny how in most cases the people do not care about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, preventing certainly ailments such simple procedures such as you describe, and if we do when we have a disease which sometimes is incurable!
